Our continuous work is focused on strengthening bonds with strategic actors from each community to promote entrepreneurial development through the programs implemented organically and systematically: the Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) and Communities with Value Program. Likewise, for 10 years we have been organizing the Banco Nación Innovative Endeavors Contest and we have participated in events, conferences and trainings within the framework of the entrepreneurial ecosystem together with the UNCTAD, the Empretec centers located in 40 countries in the five continents and international institutions specialized in the subject like Global Entrepreneurship Network.
Fundación Empretec Argentina was the first institution to globally implement the Empretec Program designed by the United Nations and coordinated by UNCTAD, which is one of its main body. Since our Foundation's creation, the 15th of March of 1998, we have implemented more than 300 Entrepreneurship Training Workshops (ETW), 10 editions of the Banco Nación Innovative Endeavors Contest (http://www.bnaemprendedores.com.ar) and 14 implementations of Communities with Value (CWV), the brand-new program created by our president Jorge Lawson in 2016, specifically designed to promote the development of our communities and which, today, counts on the endorsement of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). This implies we have trained more than 8000 entrepreneurs and that we are permanently connected with thousands more through our proposals and calls.
